Project scope

Built from the ground up.

RMS delivered the civil and sports-field works for the new softball and multipurpose facilities. The package included new civil and sports-field drainage, more than 20,000m³ of cut and fill, a new pump station and 150,000-litre water tank, civil underground works, and recycled and potable water mains.

For the softball fields, RMS installed new irrigation, a 100mm gravel layer, a 280mm rootzone layer and sand-back Santa Anna turf, followed by a 12-week grow-in. The multipurpose field included new irrigation, a 300mm rootzone layer and sand-back Santa Anna turf, followed by a 13-week grow-in.
